TITLE Boxing Wrist Power Bar

Use the TITLE Wrist Power Bar to add to your punching power by developing stronger wrists and a firmer grip. To use: simply slide any weight plate onto the bar and perform a variety of movements for increased wrist, forearm and hand strength. The heavy-duty metal bar measures approximately 3.25” (circumference x 22” in length and features a soft, rubber handle for optimal grip. It comes complete with a foam bumper pad and two clips to hold weights firmly in place.
