Super durable 1.2 mm PU grain 186 Vinyl is incredibly strong and resilient for maximum longevity.  Added CN-3 cross-weave canvas backing adds increased strength and endurance.  Includes a steel hanging chain and swivel, tie-down D-ring on the bottom for securing to floor, if desired, and a slightly ventilated top lid for forced air release during intense training.  Moisture repellent cover is crafted to withstand the rigors of home and gym training.
