The weighted Slip Ball is a decades old training staple that professional and amateur boxers and combat sport athletes have used to hone their slipping, bobbing and weaving skills, reaction time and speed to sharpen their defensive prowess. Realistic size 7” x 4” leather ball is filled with weighted material to about 8 lbs. Comes complete with an extra-long, durable, 54” length braided nylon hanging rope with S-hook to attach to doorway, ceiling, overhang, steel pipe, etc. to train any time. Same size as boxing glove for more realistic action. Swinging at different velocities can increase or decrease speed. Not developed for punching or striking.
